In 1994 I got my brand new Joe Montana #19 Chiefs jersey and wore it to school for the first time. I was the epitome of cool. Since that day, I’ve never looked that awesome again…..until maybe now.

An end to my Alaska adventures. I really enjoyed my time here, but feel like I need to apologize to the state.

I had to ask myself this question as I lay on the rocky terrain with Annie’s weight pinning my right foot to the ground. In the quest to record the view that perfectly sums up Alaska, I may have gone one hill too far.
