We finish up Alabama with places 50 and 51. It’s kind of hard to write a quality blog post when you are full of turkey and stuffing.
Some stories and some characters are compelling enough, that they need to pop up again in this story. The journey continues with some refreshing reconnections.
Yeah…I’m not even wasting a clever title on this one. I plan to be back in Nebraska today. Here’s what’s coming up:
Everyone has been so kind to me, but you knew it was going to backfire eventually, right? I have an interesting bath time experience, steal a bug-gut kiss, sweat like a local, ride a bike without wheels and get my butt in a sermon. Let’s get Tampa and Sarasota!
…and I know he watches me. 🙂 My visit to Jacksonville includes Jesus-stuff, smoking, drinking, new livers, questionable footwear retrievals, reasonable groundskeepers and the most significant milestone of my trip.
Let’s see a submarine in South Carolina, try to catch a sunrise, not eat a little fish and let Annie take a little break.
Annie is always the hero of this story. This post documents the best day on two wheels that I have ever had. We ride through the Smoky Mountains and take on The Tail of the Dragon.
